Detox Tips Guidelines

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our 'Detox Tips' series by creating a short video. This series is shared on our 'Bookkeeper's Detox Network' WhatsApp group and we believe your valuable insights will greatly benefit our members.

These guidelines and standards help maintain the ethical standards we uphold at Bookkeeper's Detox Ltd.

Please note that our WhatsApp group is exclusively for Bookkeeper's Detox members.

Once you have created your video, please send it to Jennifer Barker. Rest assured that all videos will be reviewed to ensure they meet our criteria before being posted on the group. The video will be branded as 'Detox Tips' and will include details of how our members can find your business on social media, your website and even your business email address.

We encourage you to focus your video on a useful 'Detox Tip' that provides a glimpse into the services you offer. This will give our members an opportunity to independently reach out to you for more information. Your tip should align with one of our 'Topics of Value,' which have been provided to you along with this document. 

'Detox Tips' should be practical ideas that can be easily implemented by your audience. For example, you could share a simple wellbeing action to promote mindfulness and reduce anxiety, a quick method for managing spam emails or recommend useful software for building flowcharts.

We want to emphasise that this is a valuable marketing opportunity for you. As an optional extra, you may consider offering giveaways or incentives to attract potential leads. For instance, you could mention if you are running a free master class on LinkedIn, offer a referral code to be posted with the video, or provide a free consultation or a discount on your services.

To maximize your marketing opportunities, we recommend thinking about and preparing these ideas before creating your video.

Please refrain from listing where you can be found in your video, as we will be adding your contact details to the bottom of the video for our network to see. This approach keeps the videos less 'sales pitchy' and allows our members to easily connect with you on social media or via email. It also enhances the watchability of the short video, and the more videos you send, the more contact links will be posted.

To ensure consistency and quality, we have established some video guidelines:

1. Keep your video within a maximum of 2 minutes and send it to Jennifer via WhatsApp.

2. Begin your video with a warm greeting to 'The Bookkeeper's Detox Network.'

3. Introduce yourself and briefly mention the service you offer to the public (please keep it concise without going into your biography).

4. Share your professional tip that aligns with one of our 'Topics of Value.'

5. Have you considered a giveaway or incentive for your own marketing purposes? Direct the audience to your giveaway in a way that feels like a gift rather than a sales pitch.

Additionally, we are happy to include an advertisement for you on our website. If you have a referral code or a discount link that we can add and promote through social media, please provide it.

For the website advert, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Adverts will be placed in a square space.

2. Provide links and a brief description of your services in no more than 50 words.

3. Send an email to Jennifer Baker at hello@bookkeepersdetox.com with the necessary information.
